Highcrest Harvest Party

After harvesting food from the Highcrest raised beds, Chef Jamie Davies and the Food Service staff created delicious recipes for students to taste during lunch. Students tried these different items from the Highcrest garden: 

Potatoes and garlic= Roasted Potatoes w/ garlic and Rosemary

Mint= Strawberries w/ Fresh mint

Kale= Kale salad

Lemon Balm=Lemonade

Chocolate Mint= Hot Chocolate with chocolate Mint

Carrots & Pumpkins on display!
