What Do I Need to Do?

Step 1: Refer to your bargaining agreement to learn about benefits available to you

Step 3: Click the link to the bargaining group of which you are a member to view plan descriptions and premium cost shares pertaining to your options

Step 4: Click the link for Enrollment/Change forms, download the appropriate form(s) as outlined in the enrollment instructions
Note- If you are enrolled in the Anthem Lumenos Health Savings Account (HSA), you must complete the Lumenos HSA Salary Reduction Agreement each year

Step 5: Complete the necessary enrollment/change forms and submit to Human Resources by May 31, 2017

WHS Students Helping Puerto Rico
Fifth graders from Charles Wright had their first grade level PBIS celebration of positive behaviors. Students earned their way into this friendly game by demonstrating Charles Wright PRIDE - the promise to be respectful, independent, dependable and engaged. Students enjoyed an afternoon game of kickball, building camaraderie and celebrating good behavior choices.
