Fifth graders at Charles Wright organized a food and fund drive for Wethersfield Social Services to help stock the pantries for Thanksgiving. The school is thrilled to have exceeded their goal of 20 boxes of food to donate, filling about 30 boxes and raising over $300 to benefit local families. It was an effort of the whole school community.
Outstanding students, support staff, and parents in the Wethersfield Public Schools were recognized for their special accomplishments and contributions.
