Wethersfield Adult Education offers a variety of enrichment classes from aerobics and yoga to finance and pottery. In addition Wethersfield Adult Education offers ESL, GED and Citizenship classes FREE OF CHARGE for all Wethersfield residents. This includes all materials too!  If you would like to learn English, obtain your GED or Citizenship, in an adult atmosphere taught by certified teachers, you may consider registering for one of our courses. Now is the best time to continue your education! Review our fall or spring brochure to find a few courses that may peak your interest!

Many of our citizens have unique talents and volumes of knowledge that can be shared with the community. Are you interested in teaching a course? If you are, please fill out the Adult Education Teacher Application (in Word).  We are always looking for courses that will be of interest to our citizens.

Registration must be received by September 14, 2009

Registration: Mail-in registration begins immediately upon catalog distribution; walk-in registration will be held one week prior to beginning of classes. Registration will be accepted on a first-served basis. No registrations will be accepted over the phone.

Walk-in Registration: Walk-in registration will be held on Monday, September 14 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m, in the Adult Education Office, Room 211, at Wethersfield High School, 411 Wolcott Hill Road.

In the event that the scheduling of your class conflicts with your observance of a religious holiday, please contact the Adult Education Office at (860) 571-8250.
